As you travel I’m sure you would find plenty of good racing if you wanted too. I’m sure I will when I start to travel in the not too distant future

The main issue I am having is timing… just haven’t managed to be somewhere at the same time the racing is on… we’ve also bypassed all the big cities so far… I had a chance to race in Woolongong but the weather mucked that one up…
Also now that my partner has completed some requirements for her studies there should be less pressures to be places…LikeLike

OK confession time – who noticed that I had the wrong dates on teh top of this post for the last 5 days and didn’t bother to tell me – I suppose it was the source of some laughter – nudge nudge heavy’s lost his marbles – old age I suppose – oh well I’ll survive the embarassment.

Great days racing at the Gold Coast today. Results have been uploaded onto the LCRCCC website for those interested.
Congratulations has to go to David Guyatt (AKA Heavy) for his win in 540. He kept his nerve and concentration to take ALL 3 finals. Simon wasn’t troubled to take MOD, F1 saw a win to Bob and Martin which made for an exciting 3rd final which Martin show his dominance to take the win and 1st place overall. Stock saw Bob take the win.

Highfields Report.
We had 12 TC turn out for a great mroning of racing weather was nice and racing was hot hot hot. TQ went to Nugget with his TC5 followed closly by Michael Khun then Russell. Big Mac elected not to run any timing gear. When the dust had settled and the final run Big Mac(29 Laps) took the win from Nugget(27Laps) and Russell(25laps). Michael Kuhn had a shocker in the final only turning in 15 laps. F1 we had 4 F1s today and the Final was won by Kerry Black with his new ADR car. He had a smile frm ear to ear. Michael Kuhn was 2nd and Ryan 3rd. Big was DNS as he forgot his rec was in another car. All in all it was a great race meet. Thanks Goes to everyone who helped and thanks to Ann-Marree and Michael for running the race meet.LikeLike
