Proud Dad

6 year old Mitchell Guyatt took to the race track for the first time last night at the regular club race for Launceston R/C.
Mitch piloted a HBX rocket 4*4 buggy in the Novice class, powered by a detuned Losi BL system.
There were no track records set, but a lot of fun had, and a new R/C career begins.
Proud dad? Yep!  Its only a matter of time until the stars are in alignment and we can have three generations of Guyatts all racing at once.  Could be an R/C first!

Go Mitchy – shouldn’t that be a Schumacher ❓ get your Dad to set up some witches hats in the back yard so you can have practice, or go down and mow a track in the park like I did for him back in teh old days

Hay guys went and had a 8th scale race at Pittsworth today with my Kyosho inferno electric buggy. It was very fast until some untidy wiring stopped me. I was doing lap times about the same as the top runners for 8th gas. Hope they put me in the same heat next time.

Oh Yeh Brandon came out for the day to. He had a great time and was very keen to have a run with the Kyosho. Maybe he can use the XX4 next time or maybe he might just go straight to 5thscale with me got the front end built now of my new ride 😆
