I wasn’t able to be a Bayside for the racing so can’t give any sort of report – when I left it looked like a reasonable showing of Gas cars and probably a stock heat and maybe a 540 heat and a couple of mods.
Think there was a good number at Chargers for the Offroad but no reports sorry.

    Massive night at Chargers…
Two heats of stock truck, stock 2wd, mod 2wd and mod 4wd!
    Very professionally run as always.
Good to see Dave Lawrence back in form, he took maximum points in both stock truck and 2wd… Go Davo!

Sunny coast was great today 540 in which my young fella ran his first ever race and first drive of an on road car ( not a Schui sorry Heavy), he didn’t even require much input from me up on the stand either, cn some one say proud dad 😀 . Stock f, Gas tourer, Pro tourer a couple of 1/8 gas, Super stock and Mod.
My day with mod, I had my car still setup for Bayside stock, and it was a little loose to start with, not to mention the rusty driver, changed complete setup to the Chris Grainger setup as reccomended by Tones, and it felt much better, but due to having to rush changing my setup I forgot to prep my tires and the car was better but still lacking a little grip for about half the race, till something went in my diff. Race 3 with a fewshly ( well track side built) diff car felt great and was making some respectable laps till I lost my nut and tried to drive on 3 wheels….
With rain looming for the finals we had all but packed up ready to go when we caught a slight break in the intermittent rain, just enough to have some fun, but with a slightly greasy track, and bucket loads of LRP power on board , I felt like I was at the shed drifting, slowly one by one the cars came in as it deterioated, But I had an absolute blast running mod and I think its the class for me..
there is a few regular mod drivers at the Coast, and with Tones taking the trek up made for a great field, the was supposed to be another Mod driver coming up but didn’t…. You know who you are Lenny… 😆
Mod at the Nats for me ? Maybe or Super Stock. That’s if I can still get there.
