Chris Sturdy drove his Schumacher Mi4 to an impressive win today (540class) at the Inaugural EP Independant Drivers Championships to give him both the ORRCA Qld 540 Title and the Drivers 540 Title in the same year. The win was remarkably similar in both events with cleaning the first round, loosing the second round to Gerard Henry (Corally) and then winning the third round to clinch the titles.
With both Gerard and Chris making the move to stock who does it leave as the heir apparent in 540. Several names spring to mind but from my point of view I am looking around to see a Schumacher driver who is going to represent the Marque in that class – I’ll have something lined up before the 2010 season kicks off. Watch this space.

yea heavy, dad is giving chase gregory a drive in a meeting with dads mi4 and maybe he might buy a mi4 so he might be the one to get the wins in 540 with a schui maybe.
