The feature race this week will be Wednesday night. Who remembers having fun at an RC race – who remembers actual laughter on the drivers stand – well it all happens on a Wednesday night at Bayside (oops – that should be Logan thanks Barger) with the F1 racing – sure they are only small numbers so far but it’s growing and everyone who comes to watch goes off trying to buy or borrow a F1. 540 motors in a 1kg package with 2wd and foams – not slow – exciting.
Logan Wednesday 29th – track opens at about 5 racing from about 7.
Saturday night Logan racing from about 6 – all 1/10th Onroad EP and GP.
I think that’s it for this week or is Brendale this Friday night ? senility is setting in I can’t remember.
It’s a RC free weekend for me – I’m heading to Harvey Bay for a wedding, leaving Friday back Sunday.

Dave ..it is Logan for F1 not Bayside…I heard a rumour that Gold Coast is running every Sunday until the big meeting…will try to confirm
And Heavy is right ..F1s on a Wed night are so much fun…come and have a look..or better still drag your old F1 out of the cupboard and have a go…when we started a little while ago I dragged my old Corally F1 that had been in a box for over 10 years and it went great…Heavy is running it now..so come and have some FUNLikeLike

Racing is suppose to be on this sunday at Gold Coast according to dave luff but he had yet to talk to chris about running it .
So it’s a 90% for racing at this stage .

The F1 racing at Logan tonight was fantastic (I thought).
We had 7 cars on the grid and a couple in the pits not racing – yet.
Running 540 motors at the moment and it seems to have made the racing a lot closer. Martin won the first, Bob won the second and Martin won the final.
Laughter was heard and most left with big smiles on their faces – actually fun and enjoyment is mandatory on Wednesday nights. Brad Hall has got nothing 😆 😆 😆LikeLike

Tony I am in Harvey Bay today for a wedding (not mine) and won;t be back for Logan tonight. Keep using my 6.5 tonight and we’ll catch up later. I have Speed Passion 5.5 and 6.5 in stock or do you want something more ballistic
