Stories from the world of RC car racing

WOW – it’s half way through the year and I just had a peak at what’s left before we get a break at Christmas.
Naturally there are the weekly club events and series etc and mid week events but then there are some “must do” big events as well.
July 18/19 Interclub 3 – Brendale
Aug 6/10 Qld IC Onroads – Brendale
Aug 28/30 Northern Rivers Titles EP Onroad – Gold Coast
Sept 5th and 12th SEQ Offroad EP Titles – Chargers
Sept 12/13 – Interclub 4 – Logan
Oct 3/4 Logan Cup ??
Nov 20/22 Onroad EP Nats Sydney
Add in a couple more rounds of the F1 SEQ World Titles plus trying to fit in a weekend at the World Rally Champs at Murwillumbah.
Add to that Scott and family will be visiting for a month plus working 6 days a week and I am starting to feel very tired. Wonder how many of those I can get to without risking divorce – not to mention blowing the budget.

Are you going to race at the Qld ic titles in pull start, if so that’s 4 of us so far, hopefully we get a few more or they’ll can it.

if anyones up for travelling the masters down in melb is a good event to aim for.
they had 120 odd at their state titles so i’m guessing the masters will be a big one as well.

540 is set to be a lot more interesting for you Chris, now that Johnny La Spina has a Schumacher 3.5 and plans to run the Qld Titles in 540.
