Of partciular interest to me – the first car to carry the new ActionRC corporate colour scheme appears on page 66, 69, 92 and 93 – nice work.
As well as that the memory glands have been jogged by the article on the 95 Jimboomba Nats. Scott chaired the committee that put that event on and I was the race director – 220 entries and remains one of the bigger rc events held in Queensland. 45 entries in 2wd 540 and at the end of qualifying 32 were on the same lap – that’s tight
Check out the pics on pages 50 and 51 – I’m sure you’ll recognise some famous people there – a very young Michael Sherman, Sheri Guyatt and somewhere on the stand Scott Guyatt, Keith Mackrill and Darren Perry amongst others.
