Saturday night – Chargers EP offroad
Sunday – Bayside EP and GP Onroad
Sunday NWRCCC GP Offroad – new track – Heavy’s Nitro Offroad debut.
I’m still in Tassie so won’t be at any of the Brissy meets but there is certainly a F1 in my “very soon” plans – I reckon Wednesday night F1 will be a big thing.

Ill be out at Bayside playing in stock and maybe GAS or maybe even Sparksy can play with my noisy car on Sunday if he’s got the itch 😆
I have my Tamiya 15th Anniversary F1 on order now, as soon as I confirmed that it’s LIPO friendly I ordered one. I reckon it will take off as well.

F-1 sounds like the go. Such a smooth surface for them. They should be the go. I’ve got the nitro bug at the moment, F-1 may have to wait. Sparksy are you still cool to pit for me on sunday ❓ ❓ Heavy has been playing with my mind. 🙄

cool sparksy, muffins are still on. Have been running Mugen again today. Ran with some gas tourer guys yesterday, and car is fast. Gone against the grain agian, and it is flying.Secrets i will release at a later date. P.S. Don’t tell Heavy. 😉 😉

Tony – just a reminder that last fortnight I managed to come second in the final even with a broken front belt and of course in the processs ahead of many Mugens 😆 😆 Don’t lean the OS out too far or you’ll be needing a new one before I get back.

My pit crew (TL) took one look at me coming second and said to himself “if this clown can come second I’m getting my own Gas car” so now I have no pit crew – except when Gary turns up then we’ll show you something. ❗

Right – I’ll be missing Bayside this sunday – Ill be at the opening race meet of the brand new NWRCC in Tassie racing a Associated RC8 Truggy.
I’ll be back at Bayside for 17th – someone ask for me at the drivers briefing if there is racing on at Bayside on 17th – as there might possibly be a Interclub at Sunny Coast that day.LikeLike

Great meet today at Bayside. We had a full class of 540, stock and GT with two for PRO. 540 was TQ’d and won by none other than Chris Sturdy, Steve Evans and Mitchell Hollis were close behind.
Stock was TQ’d by Clinton but with some extremely bad luck on the 19 lapper he smoked his motor letting the barger through for the win. I just missed out on getting over for the 19 lapper to steal second from my fellow Gooch team mate so third for me.
I didnt take to much notice of GT or PRO but Tony was doing really well for his first meet in the class, new name for him “Mr. Smooth” 😆 I think it was won by Wade or Hesham. Pro was dominated by the usual suspects Lil Johnnie, Big John, Hesham plus Dorny and Redmond were also racing. Correct me if I’m wrong on these results guys.

Well i had my first race in 3 years today at bayside in 540. The car felt like abit of a pig, it needs abit of work. Cannot wait for that Mi4, is there a date on them yet david?
I unexpectantly managed to qualifiy 2nd for the 540 final but turned into abit of a pinball. Being out of the game for awhile i’m not confitent in traffic nor am i 100% on car placement. I managed to t-bone some poor fella, then i was collected and my batterey went flying lol. I made changed each race and the car was getting better and better. Can’t wait for logan on saturday night!LikeLike

Mugen went well today. A few raised eyebrows. Managed a 2nd place finish in the 15 minute Final. A special thanks to Sparksy for his awesome pit work in the Final. 😎 😎
