Hopefully there will be enough for Super Stock (10.5) – should be some wanting to get ready for the Titles the followoing week at Sunny Coast.

Sweet. That is just about where I’ve set it based off my xray setup.
Diff is already done as per page 3. I think I’ve googled and searched for every bit of info on the Schuie over the weekend.
    Cheers mate. I’m excited.

Sparksy, I would stay with Heavy’s setup for now. I am constantly changing and experimenting with the car. Will be trying a flex chassis soon and will give you guys the feedback. Car is getting quicker all the time.

mmmm – I decided to race Nitro for a few weeks – change is as good as a holiday – sold my Mi3.5.
Missing electric allready oh well I can always order a new one in for stock and then if the urge gets too bad I’ll have to use it.
The Tasmanian connection is sending me a car to race the 10.5 titles next week at the Sunny Coast – only problem is the car has a high record of success and I’m pretty sure this driver won’t be able to maintain the standard, but it will be fun racing with Shev and Chow and Matty again after a bit of a break.

the good news heavy is that the car i’m sending you knows how to beat anthony…..and if you manage that, you’ll be pretty close to the front!

Heavy, are you racing the CEN gas car at bayside on sunday? If so I shall sit near to get a close look at the car.

Yes I believe I will be racing the CEN – Nitro, noisy, smelly car and pitting up the usual EP dominated end 😀 😀
Bob is about to get his gas car out of mothballs any time soon as well I believe
But not Sparksy – he hates gas

    Your right.. I HATE GAS.
Happy to lend a hand pitting and setup wise Dave. Can’t let all those years running nitro to go to waste.
I’m thinking about un-shelving the xray and soldering in the 10.5 to give those prepping for the titles someone to chase. Will have to sort out gearing for it at the track, I don’t think I have the cogs I need at the moment.
I can’t wait to get the Schuie out and lapping though. Should be a good turnout for stock!

I don’t hate it mate. I love it.
I switched over to EP last year after 7 odd years of running nitro. Mostly to reduce cost, and frustration. I figured racing stock electric for a while would also make me concentrate more on driving tight lines and setup.
It was a good move for me because I have not had so much fun racing for years, and I have found myself at the pointer end of a very talented bunch of blokes that regularly turn out for stock here in Brisbane.
So… to cut to the chase… I had a drive of the Sherminators pro tourer after the intercity last sunday and have to keep telling myself that I do so I don’t get back into a pro tourer before I’ve explored the EP thing a bit more.
Although.. I am always more than happy to cut a few laps with one of those smelly messy little cars for shits and giggles.
