Stories from the world of RC car racing

Yep – I know it’s another 2 day weekend.
Yep – I know it’s expensive.
Yep – I know the racing will be fantastic on that track.
Yep – I know Logan are racing on their new surface for the first time that night, but the new surface will be there for years and their big event is Easter.
Yep – I know if you really have to you can get back in time to race Logan as well as race the Sunny Coast both days – are you an Iron Man or a mouse? (That’s mouse not RAT! – for Shane )
I can’t believe the low level of entries for this event, it’s a fantastic track, the club runs a good event, what is wrong ?
Take this opportunity to leave a note here as feedback to ORRCA and the club on why you aren’t coming – no personally abusive posts will be published but you are free to express your opinions.

I was very keen to get into this. Would be nice to try and get the Schuie up the pointy end of a title. But having to race both days counts me out.
If the Sat was practice, and Qual and finals were Sunday I would be in like Flyn.

Same here, if it was one day EP and the other GP I could make it for sure at least one of those days. 😥
    Good luck all have fun.

    Too many big events maybe?
    Just my thoughts.
Can’t blame travel etc because there isn’t even many local drivers attending.

Same as most. If this was a one day event not a problem. Ashley has a point. Too many big events and too close. 😦

I thought I fixed the Bo problem Heavy, but deodorant is expensive and I ‘d rather spend my money on RC stuff….
Oh an I’m on my way for the 1/8 stuff might even try to enter the RC Pro event.. 😯

Paragon works well as deoderant, about as well as sandpaper.
Plus you can use it on R/C

As for Me the Rat not mouse. I’m just worn out.
Lots of time and effort both at the track and behind the scenes to get this New Meakin Park Track up to speed.
As an ORRCA rep I should be supporting the event by Racing but it just to much to do and so little time.
I’m tring to get up there
    sunday for a visit.
