This amazing International event is happening right here in Queensland in July – how could any RC fan or RC driver – especially one with his roots in Offroad not be a part of this – I’ve got my entry in for 1/8th EP – don’t have a car yet but I will beg or borrow one before July.
I’m thinking that I will need a car by about May and I reckon there will be some purpose built EP cars by then rather than a converted Nitro – maybe even a Schumacher 🙂 😕

Maybe I won’t need a car at all – looks like they will reach the 200 maximum entries before electric gets to the minimum 20 meaning electric won’t happen – now that would be a shame.

the limit is 250 and being signed up isn’t the same as being paid up… so there’s still time.

RC Pro Australia
We plan to open entries for the event by New Years. We have a lot of things we are working on for this event that we hope to be able to have confirmed and announce in the weeks to come.
Racers from all countries are invited. This race will also qualify them to enter the RC Pro International Finals in November 2009.
The initial entry limit will be 150 racers. If these fill by May 1st we plan to open an additional 50 entries and bring in lights so we can finish qualifying after dark.
Entry will be available on http://www.rcsignup.com and can be paid via paypal. Each racer will receive a packet and we are working on the contents of that packet now.
Also I will be attending from the US to be the race director for this event. We are 8 months away and I’m ready to leave NOW!
