I just can’t stop smiling all night.
    1st and 3rd and 8th in 540
    1st and 3rd and 4th in stock
How good is that. Clinton and Karl and Bob, Gary and Robert and Chris did so well. And all the other Schumacher drivers drove well, presented their cars well and behaved in a truly professional manner. Action RC is so proud of you all and congratulates winners and others alike – a great weekend.

    John Taynton
    John Hansen
    Steve Evans
    William Seib
    Mark Richards
    Mark Donataccio
    Deb Cobb
    Big Steve
with apologies to anyone I’ve forgotten because my brain is a fog this morning.
and the club committee for allowing me another opportunity to be Race Director after a long lay off.
Enjoyed the weekend immensely, learned a few things we could do better if there is another chance.
Edit – forgot Gavin LAmbe – did the modified tyre issue and impound – thanks Gav.

Was a great meet no complaints from me, didnt place too great but had a great race in the B 540 final
shame I had to hit a stopped car on the back straight after leading for so long!! but thats racing I guess! Ended up 3rd in the B group
I think overall from my point of view the meet was a great success and not too many dummy spits I will have to get back into working the SP 17.5 now and give it some hell!
see you all on the weekend

Great weekend at Bayside. Thanks to all the volunteers who gave up their time to ensure it ran smoothly, in particular those that didn’t get to race because of their duties. You all deserve a pat on the back.
Heat of the day got too much for me on sunday, feeling dizzy and bad indegestion all day so finished with a dismal 9th.
Never mind, there’s always next time.

It was a great weekend and I can not be happier with my result – 3rd in 540!
I was only aiming for a top 5 finish overall but this tops that. I have a grin from ear to ear. 😀 😀
Forgot the thanks Action R/C tho for the car, Batteries and ESC as well. Thanks for Scott for setting up the car with out him this probably wouldn’t have been as successful.
Great fellow competitors who made the day an enjoyable one.
Up to stock from now so looking forward to that challenge and also a little dabble in mini as well.

Check out the A final in Novice.
Chris Sturdy (12 years old ) makes it into 8th place – driving a Mi2EC. How good is that ?
A name to watch for the future for sure – well done Chris great work.
