There will be the usual World Titles for Stock Electric this Sunday – other classes will be raced as well – see you there.

    Ill be there for stock, was spewing that my nitro wont be ready for Sunday. As long as I’m racing I’m happy.

    Clinton….basically due to the competitive nature of stock at Bayside it is referred to as the Stock Worlds every race meet.

    In spite of a wet start it turned into a pretty good day and the usual 3 heats and a final for all were processed in good time. One heat of 540, two heats of stock and a couple of Nitro heats – were are all the mods these days ? There was one mod and he ran with the Nitro.
    Qualifying in stock was pretty hot (as usual ) with a few running 13.5 novak bonded, a few running various 17.5 and some running brushed – all in all a pretty fair representation. Probably half the field or a bit more running LIPO.
    In the final the hard luck story goes to Bob who had his battery fly out when well on the pace. Win went to Martin who was untouchable all day.

    Was a bad day for me and the cyclone, diff problems I think. All started before my race when I realised I forgot to bring a body for the car, will be putting together a checklist for racin from now on. BIG thanks to Josh for allowing me to share his DNA car body. Will be back there next meet with my MTX3 prospec.
