Another one of those weekends coming up when we are forced to choose.
The Nats are on in Adelaide so at least for Anthony Peter Leonard and Scott that’s their decision made – It also means that modified at the Interclub is very open indeed.
Bayside will be running although with most of their Open Nitro guys away at the Interclub and many of the regular electric guys also running the Interclub it might be a quiet day.
The Interclub – after being rained off last Sunday the rerun is on this Sunday for Open Nitro, Modified Electric and Stock Electric. Most of the top runners will no doubt turn up for the rerun so expect top fields and good racing.
What to do.
I really wanted to go to Bayside to meet with 2 or 3 guys who are planning a comeback to racing after long layoffs and needed to talk but, gee, the Interclub is on and after the disaster I had last weekend I really want to go there as well – spose I could toss a coin – na too risky – I’ll just go to the Interclub and try to salvage some pride.
I have a motor too – arrived Monday of course, a day too late. Well see most of you at the Gold Coast, to those going to the Nats – Good Luck – do us proud. To those going to Bayside – don’t wear out that fantastic new surface before I get another chance to race on it in 2 weeks.
