Last night at Brendale, Anthony Atack – QLD’s version of Jamie Oliver tried to make some delicious pancakes at the track.  After his first failed attempt, (at the Vic titles earlier this month), he thought he’d try again on us locals.   They were so YUMMY!!!  Here’e a pic of what they looked like!
