This is quite probably the best pice of in-car footage I have ever seen. Join an Audi R8 on a stunning hill-climb section. 2 minutes 47 of video heaven. It’s a bitumen version of Peugot’s famous “Climb Dance” movie with Ari Vatanen taking a 405 to the top of Pike’s Peak.

dont get me wrong… alonso’s engine doesn’t have to blow up.
….a suspension failure or broken rear wing would be okay too! 🙂
brazil tends to bite harder and more often than most other tracks. infact i bet alonso will even be nervous about the billboards over the track falling down again 😛LikeLike

I’d be nervous about the billboards too – there’s probably no shortage of “red” supporters behind them to push ’em over onto Alonso – anything to get Massa to win 🙂
If Renault are smart they’ll fuel Alonso a little light for Q3 to make sure he is at least 3rd on the grid – after that, just a nice start and then slot in behind the evil red cars and onto another c’ship.LikeLike

I was going to say that I love those “red” carsare nothing more than glorifed Fiats, and that they a driven by an arrogant cheat, and the day he retires will be a great day indeed…

a lap of the ring in the original R32 GT-R, pretty much off the showroom floor (with the exception of oil coolers and a larger intercooler and radiator)

and ten years later, a lap in the R34 GT-R Z-Tune prototype, very interesting to see the difference in performance after 10 years of development on essentially the same platform… and even more impressive, the video was 3 years before the z-tune was deemed ready to be released to the public (well 20 people with 18million yen to spare… one day)
