Stories from the world of RC car racing

Results from today’s racing are up – check “Race Results” above.
Just beat the rain!
Damien was crazy fast in stock. Tough to beat come Queensland Titles time!
Highlights for me were
Rex managing to get the EC to a win in the stock final.
My original Mission 1 still being good enough to mix it with some of the latest models – finished 4th in the final.
More testing with the 13.5 brushles stock (no I didn’t get any club points as I made sure of that with race organisers prior to the event ). I ended up running about 38 mmpr and at that gearing for the final it was very much the same as a good CO27.

good to see your pushing new technology heavy.
has any one suggested when the brushless stock motor will be available?
hope they reconise its potential to the every day racer.
    cheers Josh Price

Thanks Josh. I’m not pushing it – just testing it – there is a very significant difference!
The motors are available now but in short supply.
